Well, basically it was just a general idea for a plot.
[ Group Plot / Story Arc! ]
"Since the destruction of the second, artificial Kingdom Hearts created by Xemnas, hundreds of thousands - possibly millions - of Hearts were released. Sadly, these were merely half-hearts. The data absorbed and summarily destroyed by Ansem the Wise's machine was, in fact, only half of the many Hearts captured within Kingdom Hearts itself. The Nobodies which took back their lost emotions and memories became something different entirely from their former selves, in any form. The Others roam the worlds, now, searching for the destroyed portions of their Hearts which they are doomed to never find. They do not care who or what stands in their way, only that they find their Hearts to become whole again. They say to have love and lost is better than to have never loved at all...but to have loved, remembered the object of that love, but not the emotion felt is a greater torture than not feeling anything at all."

EDIT [Sora]: This idea was submitted by Maraxus in the KH group.
However, we've yet to really see the person around, but it's an idea.
